TUCKER TIME // mason jar ice cream
So it looks like my sweet tooth has surfaced and I am now baking and making more desserts than ever. I had some cream and cream cheese in the fridge that was going to expire… what can I make with these? I always have plenty of Mason jars in the cupboard… how could I use those?
Searching online I found a non churn ice cream (recipe here) and it was so easy. There are plenty of variations to choose from, but I made my own version with peanut butter and dark choc chips. Serving it up with extra peanut butter and fresh peanuts sprinkled on top. I ate every delicious spoonful and now I’m thinking… when can I make this again?
