TYPE-RIGHTER // curb appeal cuteness
House numbers and garage doors are boring right? Well that’s wrong in this case. These fixtures serve a practical purpose but they are normally stock standard hardware. This renovated warehouse in Paddington is a welcome pop of colour in a street of neutrals.
The bold shades of blue may hint at the creativity living behind the walls but it’s the garage artwork that takes it to another level. Not content at having just the number on the door, a clever mural shows a young girl with dogs at her feet and she is painting the address on the door. The stack of paint cans even has a small tin falling over with blue paint spilling onto the driveway.
Cute, colourful and creative… I love the curb appeal of this place. I can only imagine what it looks like inside!
