RENO PROJECT // demo and frames

Clifftop Casa is well underway and you can see the start of my home renovation in the first post revealing the new front deck. The next phase is the interior, which started off as cosmetic changes but has evolved to changing most of the existing floor plan. At this point nearly all the demolition has been done and the walls have now been framed up.

The major changes are adding an ensuite and walk-in-robe to the main bedroom, then swapping the locations of the second bedroom and kitchen. But as everyone knows, it always involves more than you expect and then you realise you have to change windows and doors, then replace ceilings… the list goes on! So far I have enjoyed the process and can’t wait to share more later when my vision will really come to life.
